Cancellation Policy

1. All payments are non-refundable. 수업료는 환불되지 않습니다. 2. Classes are non-transferable. 수업은 타인에게 양도하실 수 없습니다. 3. Classes must be started within one month of purchase, and the class card will automatically expire three months from the date of the first class. 결제하신 클래스는 1개월 이내에 첫 수업을 시작해주셔야 하며, 첫 수업일로부터 3개월이 지나면 수업카드는 자동 만료됩니다. 4.Same-day cancellations or changes are not permitted. 수업 당일 취소 및 변경은 불가능합니다. *If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 18 hours prior to the class start time. After that, it will be considered a No Show or Late Notice, and the class will be deducted from your class card. *부득이하게 취소 또는 변경이 필요한 경우, 수업 시작 18시간 전까지 가능하며, 이후에는 No Show 또는 Late Notice로 처리되어 당 일 수업료가 차감됩니다. 5.Group Session Group sessions require a minimum of two participants. 그룹 수업은 최소 2인 이상 참여 시 진행됩니다. If fewer than two clients are enrolled, the class will be canceled, 참여 인원이 2인 미만일 경우 수업은 취소되거나, or You may choose to proceed with a Private Lesson for an additional $20 (same day). 당일 $20 추가 결제 시 Private Lesson으로 변경하여 진행해 드립니다. 6.Duet Session If one participant cancels a Duet session, the attending client may either cancel the session or continue as a Private Lesson with an additional $15 fee. Duet 수업 중 한 분이 취소하실 경우, 참석하시는 분은 수업을 취소하시거나 $15 추가 결제 시 Private Lesson으로 변경하여 진행하실 수 있습니다. ------------------------------------ These policies are in place to ensure smooth class operations.
